Considering that predictive analytics is such a nascent field, anyone who dares to make predictions about where the field may be headed actually risks some serious egg-on-face. On the other hand, if one has truly imbibed the spirit of predictive analytics, they should not be shy about making a few! Physician - heal thyself and all that. In this spirit, we dare to make a few "anti-predictions" and juxtapose them with similar such quotes in history. 

I was surprised to learn that there is a lot of debate over the defintion of the term "gene" among geneticists!
